FAQs – WINE AND CHEESE AFFAIRE
Yes, The client can arrange and supply Liquor to us along with the Liquor License. If the Clients wants us to arrange, we can also help them in procuring the Liquor License & Liquor. The license fee and liquor handling fee shall be charged extra.
Booking us is very easy. Call / Whatsapp the requirements. Once we have all your event details, we’ll send you a proposal that you’ll review. We can also meet in person at the venue to finalize the requirements and accordingly can share the quote. If everything looks good we just need a 25-50% deposit to reserve your date. It’s that easy!
We accept cash, cheque, net banking and debit cards.
We have multiple policies in place to ensure our guests have a great time, but don’t get intoxicated to a dangerous levels:
- We DO NOT serve minors. All guests must be able to present a valid, legal ID in order to consume alcohol. We are happy to accept a Driver’s License, Passport Adhar Card from your guests. So sorry, but we do not accept Birth Certificates, Student ID’s, Facebook photos or Voter Registration cards as a valid form of ID.
- We will only serve one guest up to two drinks at a time. If they order additional drinks, we will assist them with getting them back to their table and distributed to other guests. At Last Call we will only serve one drink per person.
- We do not hand out sealed bottles or alcohol “to-go”.
- We do not allow guests to bring in their own alcohol, this includes mini bottles or flasks.
We will certainly discontinue service to a guest if our bartenders determine they are intoxicated.
Yes! We love to help you customize specialty cocktails. We are happy to craft a recipe for you for a small fee, or use your own recipe. You can even name your cocktail yourself.
We will discuss with you the consumption of the guests for the event carefully and shall calculate how much alcohol we need to supply for your event. Don’t worry about “drinking too much”, we have yet to have that happen!
Depending on the size of the event, we will arrive 45 minutes-2 hours prior to the event start time. Plan on 30-90 minutes for clean-up time.
Our Bar Tenders, Service Staff, Cleaners, Butlers are made to wear uniform / dresses matching to the event theme.
